At Naturalief, we strive to provide the highest quality products and take utmost care while packaging but occasionally damage may happen during transit. To cover the same and avoid any inconvenience to you; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our Refund and Return Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacement

Items can be be returned or replaced within 2 days of receiving the product.

The product must be damaged , unused in the original packaging and in the same condition. Once Return is approved, refund will be initiated.

2. Refund or Replacement Process

Once your products are inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Note – Shipping costs are non-refundable.
